Safety First!

Please remember to have a safe & fun time in the British Virgin Islands. Our boats come with life jackets included, even for the kids! It is recommended that children 6 and underwear a lifejacket at all times.

Renters Policy – Requirements

1. Renter must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.

2. Renter must sign a contract and guest must sign a liability waiver.

3. Credit Card must match Renter signing the contract for accidentals

4. Renters Deposit - There is a $500.00 deposit required for all rentals. You will be financially responsible for any damages, including damages caused by pets, which may exceed this deposit amount.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy –

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your reservation more than 48 hours prior to your reservation you will not be penalized. If you do not show up for your reservation or if you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to the reservation time you will not be eligible for any refund.

We may cancel your reservation at any time due to unsafe weather and/or boating conditions, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your reservation you will be issued a full refund.

 

Weather Policy –

Inclement weather is defined as weather where there are unsafe conditions. This includes: severe storms, lightning, high wind advisory, or tornado. If inclement weather persists the day of rental due to rain or high winds, you can cancel that morning and we will refund balance with the exception of a $50 reservation fee will be retained. We will also do our best to reschedule for another day if possible.

If we have made the cancelation due to weather and or unsafe advisory by the Conversations & Fisheries Department and or Department of Disaster Management a full refund will be issued.

Conduct Policy –

No Running. Running is not permitted-on board the vessel especially when entering and exiting the vessel. In case of an emergency listen to the instructions announced by the Captain or a crew member. The minimum age for the purchase and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the British Virgin Islands is 21 years of age. Dumping of trash of any kind into open waters is prohibited at all times. Please conduct oneself in a respectable manner as this is a moving vessel with speed of up to .50 mph, any misconduct and or accidents caused by the misuse of alcohol and or consumption of any controlled substance is not the responsibility of the capital, and or Owners of Seastheday Boat Rental and Charter Companies.
